By applying to participate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
Applicants must be aged 18 years or older or have written permission from a parent or guardian. Open to Australian residents only. (please note that Ignite Studios are in Sydney) 

Offer Description
Selected artists will receive a discounted demo recording package valued at $2,000 for a reduced fee of $500. This package includes:

- 3 hours of studio time at Ignite Studios recording live with your band

- Live engineering and mixing with ARIA Award-winning producer Adrian Breakspear

- One (1) mixed demo of your song, recorded live in studio

- An A&R and sound development session

Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed by our team. Selection is based on artistic merit, potential, and availability. Selection is at the sole discretion of the organisers and is final.

Payment & Scheduling
Selected artists must confirm their participation and pay the $500 fee within 7 days of notification. Session dates will be determined by the Ember Artists Team. All Travel costs to the studio will be covered by the artist. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Refunds & Consumer Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law (NSW), you are entitled to a refund or reschedule if services are not delivered. Change of mind is not grounds for a refund.

Recording Rights
Artists retain full copyright of their original material. By participating, you grant permission for studio personnel to use short excerpts for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Privacy
Personal information collected will only be used to administer this offer and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms
The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms where necessary. Any changes will be communicated to selected participants.
